200 Hour Course Syllabus

The 200 hour online yoga teacher training  the course is for people who want to invest in themselves and learn how to become a successful, confident Yoga Teacher. This self-paced course is perfect for people who want to learn more about yoga asana, yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, the yogic lifestyle and much much more... Interested?

Our programme will be led by Kerry-Lynn + an experienced faculty, each teaching within their own unique speciality & authenticity.

Payment plans

We offer flexible payment plans to make the training more accessible and work around your needs. You can spread the cost over up to 11 months.  Let us know if you'd like to discuss a plan that works for you!

Scholarship:

To be eligible for our scholarship program applicants must be South African.

The purpose of the scholarship is to provide financial support for South African students who are unable to pay for a teacher training course.

Our Inclusivity Scholarship awards full tuition.

All genders and ages are welcome.

Once we receive all applications, we’ll inform you of the following steps, including the Zoom interview.
