I was introduced to this mousse many years back by a little vegan store in Cape Town (organic market) it’s to die for.
This is a double-thick, extra creamy, decadent cacao mousse. Can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
Ingredients •Raw Cashew nuts •Dates •Raw cacao powder •Organic Virgin Coconut oil •Rice milk •Blueberries •Strawberries for garnish
Blend till 100% smooth and fluffy.
Measurements are not required just throw ingredients into a blender adding more dates to suit your sweetness or extra cacao if you like dark chocolate.
Add blueberries and strawberries (optional)
